Our concept is 80:20. Eighty percent vegetables, twenty percent meat. Eighty percent from Dutch soil and Dutch waters, twenty percent international. We are inspired by new ingredients and cultures in order to make new, exciting combinations. When brought together, this adds up to a hundred percent taste.
