The young Colombian chef Juan Arbelaez is coming to Table Ronde for an exceptionnal evening. The theme: South America. Warm colors, typical meals such as ceviches and meat from Argentina, cocktails but also a selection of fine wine from South America. Though quite young, Juan is a very talented chef, after a participation in the show Top Chef he opened his own restaurant Plantxa in Boulogne. He will most certainly surprise us at Table Ronde by reinventing and combining his french food education to his home country attachment to create a great menu.
